  • Description of the issue (damaged items or incorrect items received)

  • Photographs or video showcasing the damage or discrepancy ( Please take a videos of the products on opening it )


Please provide this information on the same day of delivery .

We do not provide return with refund options.

 Incase of Dilemma like replacement is not feasible due to stock availability or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a refund using the original payment method.
